The machine is used for opening quarry. It can also
be used for developing the mining floor, cutting
and excavation of blocks of any desired size. And
all this is achieved without the damaging effects
caused by blasting and drilling, thus increasing
the overall productivity and reducing the production
cost.
The same machine is also useful in underground mining activities.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Our Chain Saw Machine has been designed to achieve fast cutting speed with the minimum tool cost as well as minimum maintenance and running cost in Green & White Marble Rocks. While designing the machine certain points are kept in the mind like longevity of the machine with minimum maintenance cost & efficient tool life and power consumption.
Construction :
1. Chassis :
A strong and robust chassis is made by 30 mm steel plates and this chassis moving on a guide frame by means of pressure rollers fitted with the heavy duty bearings. Suitable arrangement is made for the greasing of the bearing of rollers to increase the life of the rollers.
2. Main Gear-Box :
Main gear box is fabricated with steel plates and very heavy duty double reduction is provided to achieve the required speed for chain as well as arm rotation.
3. Arm Rotation :
Motion for the swivelling arm is integrated with chain motion through a double reduction main hydraulic motor and planetary gear box. This motor's swivelling arm speed may be controlled by flow control valve according to the nature of the stone.
Oil pressure as well as flow can be adjusted by means of pressure relief valve and flow control valve.
4. Chain Rotation :
The chain motion is transmitted through a hydraulic motor coupled with planetary gear box. The speed of the chain is governed by control valve provided in the hydraulic circuit.
Cutting force of the chain can be adjusted by pressure relief valve as per the requirement.
5. Translation Motion :
Translation motion is provided by hydraulic motor through heavy ratio cyclo gear box and rack & pinion arrangement. The speed of the translation forward and backward, slow and fast can both be achieved by means of electrically operated remote control.
6. Hydraulic Motion :
Heavy duty hydraulic pump coupled with the 60 HP motor is provided for the chain drive. The speed of the chain varies from 0 to 1 mtr. per second by PVG load senshaning valve. Other tendom pump is provided for swivelling arm rotation and translation motion and speed of arm motion is controlled through hand operated flow valve individually.
Total hydraulic system and power transmission is characterized by high reliability and economy.
7. Jib:
The running surface of the cutting jib is wear resistant and individually interchangeable. The cutting chain is constructed in such a way that tool holders, intermediatory links and connecting pin can be turned several times.
During the cutting process chain is continuously lubricated by an electrically driven grease pump with a water-repellent and bio-degradable special grease. The bearing of the idler wheel is rotated on the anti friction roller bearing. A mechanical seal is provided to protect the bearing from water and continuous lubrication is provided to get the optimum life of the bearing
