Block Dressing Machine (Mono Blade)
     
 
INTRODUCTION

The marble Blocks procured from mines are not always evenly shaped. There may be some variation due to cutting of blocks or breakage. To ensure even processing, the blocks are cut to give them an even shape. The block cutting machine is used to cut the rough or uneven surface of the block so that the block is even in shape. The machine shown here is a single or mono blade block cutting machine.
 
TECHNICAL DETAILS
 

The main structure consists of Pillars, Guide Frame, Connecting Rods, Tie Beams, Tension Brackets etc. and is manufactured from heavy steel plates, machined and ground to tolerance limits.

Balanced design & high accuracy along with precise alignment of various parts ensures that machine starts only when the blade is preset to the tension required. The main motor is interlocked with water pump and feed rate is shown through a digital feed meter

Proper safety device ensures high dependability of the machine.

1. Machine constructed with high precision.
2. Complete with pressure switch automatically cut off all contacts in case of water shortage or no blade tension.
3. Auto sensor is provided to maintain constant tension for a perfect cut on marble.
4. Variac is provided to maintain the required down feed varies from 0 to 2 meters per hour. 
5. Centrally lubrication system is provided for every lubricating point.

Electrical Panel is complete with :-

  1. Oil pressure gauge for blade stretching
  2. Ampere meter controlling for under load.
  3. Automatic hydraulic power pack with accumulator.

    Machine complete with central control unit with a electric hydraulic unit and other automatic safety and control devices.

    2. One gear box ratio 50:1.
    3. One set drive axels with bearings.
    4. Two set pinion & gear mounted on wheels.
